we use a deliciously full-bodied, single grape, red wine for this rich and earthy red wine salt. it gives a fantastic sweet and salty addition to any meal. perfect as a finishing touch to steaks or venison, makes amazing pork crackling or add for an extra flourish to root vegetables.
